APPLICATIONS:
The student's application and teacher’s recommendation forms are available here as Adobe .pdf files. You can download them and print them out. After filling them out, mail them to the address listed below. Additional applications and forms may be obtained from the St. James Episcopal Church Office.
All applications must be received by Feb. 6, 2009.
Applications should be neat, complete, accurate, signed, and dated.
PLEASE NOTE:
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECOMMENDATION FROM EITHER YOUR PRIVATE MUSIC TEACHER OR YOUR SCHOOL MUSIC TEACHER.

AUDITIONS:
Auditions will be held on a date to be determined, St. James Episcopal Church, (The Red Church), Washington and Snell St., Sonora. You will receive a confirmation of your audition time.
